The property is located on a hill in the small historic village of Terradura / Ascea, 7 km from the sea, in the center of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. This cozy apartment is composed of: 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 sitting-dining area with a wide view of the terrace and with flat screen TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.Toin-operated washing machine/coin-operated machine located on the ground floor in the parking area. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located in the basement area of ​​the apartment therefore ventilated by long vasistas-type windows located in the upper part of the wall which make the rooms very cool. L'Ulivo also has a large terrace with a huge umbrella and a relaxation area; It is accessed via a staircase with 9 steps directly from the parking lot or from a side ramp, inside the structure. The Residence also offers all guests the possibility of using the furnished terrace - natural solarium - with a fantastic view of the Gulf and the archaeological excavations of Elea / Velia, located on the top floor of the structure.
